Fees
Registration Fee
The fee stated on the face of this application form of £50 (fifty pounds) such fee being non-refundable.
Booking Fee
The sum of £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds), which shall be deposited with a booking form on the granting of a place at Green Gables (such fee being non refundable).
Fees
Such sums as set by Green Gables from time to time for the provision of care and education of the child.
Terms
Applications
The submission of an application and its acceptance by the owner of Green Gables is no guarantee of a place. Green Gables will make best endeavors at all times to provide places but only in line with their admissions policy and at all times considering the best interests of all the children. Once a booking fee has been received to secure a place, the termination notice period will apply.
Payment Terms
All fees are due prior to the period for which they apply i.e. quarterly September 1st, December 1st, March 1st and June 1st - Monthly 1st of each month - Termly December1st, (for the spring term) .April 1st (for the summer term) and august 1st (for the autumn term). Fees are collected by direct debit.
Green Gables reserves the right to increase fees at any time giving three months written notice. Should fees not be received within the payment terms, then Green Gables reserves the right to either: refuse to accept the child until the payment is received or charge a late payment fee of 2.5% per month or part thereof or terminate this agreement forthwith or any combination of these options. Should Green Gables bar the child from attending due to non-payment this does not absolve the parent from payment of such fees during the period the child is excluded..
Termination
The fact that a child is unable to attend at any time due to sickness or any other reason does not absolve the parent for payment of the place.
The notice period is three calendar months, if three months notice cannot be given for any reason, fees in lieu of notice will be required. The parent may give notice at any time: the effective date that me notice period shall commence shall be The next day on which fees for their child becomes due e.g. notice given on 6th December, next fees due January let effective finish date 31st March. Option (3) and (4) users should give one full academic terms notice. Notice begins each first day of the term only. Green Gables reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. Green Gables would usually give three months notice but may at its full discretion terminate this agreement with less notice in the interests of the welfare of any child or children.
In the absence of the deposit as a security against giving notice parents are asked to sign a separate declaration regarding notice terms and payments. Legal proceedings will take place against parents who do not honor our terms of notice.
Very Important
We respectfully ask parents to observe arrival times for the Preschool / Primary class. This will ensure the smooth running of classes. School starts at 9.00am promptly, doors will close at 9.10am. However we would not normally exclude a child where the parent has been delayed due to exceptional circumstances
beyond their control.
